The precisely designed spiral-wound tube bundle enables the medium to undergo intense turbulence when flowing through the tube pass and shell pass. The heat exchange capacity per unit area is significantly enhanced compared to traditional straight-row tube heat exchangers. The heat exchange efficiency is high, and the condensation recovery rate is also high.
Long service life
The unique spiral-wound tube bundle has an elastic feature, which significantly reduces the tensile stress that occurs between the heat exchange tubes and the tube sheet due to temperature differences or vibrations, thereby extending the service life.
Small in size, small in space occupation.
It maximizes the heat exchange area per unit volume. Under the same conditions, its volume is only one fifth of that of the traditional heat exchanger. It can be directly connected to the pipeline, occupies less space, and has low installation and maintenance costs.
