High Heat Transfer Efficiency
The precision-engineered helically coiled tube bundle creates intense turbulence as the medium flows through both the tube side and shell side, significantly increasing heat transfer per unit area compared to conventional straight-tube heat exchangers. This delivers high heat exchange efficiency and high condensation recovery rate.
Extended Service Life
The unique helically coiled tube bundle features elastic characteristics, which greatly reduces the pull-out stress between the heat exchange tubes and the tube sheet caused by temperature differences or vibration, thereby extending service life.
Compact Footprint
Maximizes heat transfer area per unit volume. Under identical operating conditions, it occupies only one-fifth the volume of traditional heat exchangers. It can be directly connected to pipelines, offering a small footprint with low installation and maintenance costs.
Low Fouling Tendency
Liquid phase design velocity reaches up to 5.5 m/s, resulting in low scaling deposition rate and reduced fouling tendency.
Multiple Material Options
304 & 316 stainless steel, 2205 duplex stainless steel, titanium, Hastelloy (high temperature and pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, extended service life).
Low Operating Cost, Energy Saving
Thanks to high heat transfer efficiency, heating applications save thermal energy. In condensation applications, it increases recovery rate or reduces refrigerant consumption.
Note:As the heat exchange tubes are helically coiled with small diameters, unclean media or easily crystallized materials are more likely to cause blockage in the heat exchanger.

Equipment Installation
① Preparation Before Installation: Please carefully read the accompanying technical documentation prior to installation.
② No welding, hole drilling, or any similar modifications shall be performed on the heat exchanger at the installation site.
③ Install a Y-type strainer at the circulating water inlet of the heat exchanger.
Equipment Operation
① During startup, operation, and shutdown of the heat exchanger, strictly avoid thermal shock, rapid heating, overpressure, and water hammer.
② Continuously monitor the temperature and pressure gauges before and after the heat exchanger during operation to prevent overtemperature and overpressure conditions. Perform routine inspections, including: checking for any leakage from the equipment; verifying that thermal or cryogenic insulation is in good condition; inspecting uninsulated sections of the equipment for visible deformation; observing whether parameters displayed on field instruments—such as temperature, flow rate, and pressure—are normal. Record daily operation logs alongside routine inspections.
③ Do not use the heat exchanger in environments containing media corrosive to its materials, as this will severely affect its service life.
④ Prevent fluid inside the heat exchanger from crystallizing and solidifying.
Equipment Cleaning
Cleaning and descaling should be performed if the heat exchanger's operating parameters deviate significantly from design or initial operating parameters; or if the pressure difference at the inlet and outlet of the same medium changes significantly (typically exceeding 0.05 MPa); or if during operation, the medium heating rate slows down or the processing capacity fails to meet requirements; or if under normal operating conditions, the hot side outlet temperature rises significantly or vaporization becomes severe. Circulating soak cleaning with 5-10% dilute nitric acid is a simple and commonly used method.
Equipment Storage
If the heat exchanger is to be out of service for an extended period, it must be drained for preservation and properly sealed.
