1.Enhance turbulence: This product adopts a tubular array layout structure, which can effectively enhance the turbulence of the gas in the shell side and eliminate the flow stagnation zone.
2.Reduce pressure loss: Due to the relatively sparse arrangement of the tubes in the array, the resistance of the gas flowing in the shell side is greatly reduced.
3.Reduced-speed condensation: The design of large-diameter cylinders and arrayed coiled tubes significantly reduces the gas flow velocity in the shell side, which is more conducive to the condensation of condensable components below the dew point.
4.Less prone to blockage: The sparse design of the array tubes avoids the deposition of dust in the flue gas and the blockage caused by icing and frost formation in the deep cooling process, thereby reducing maintenance costs.
