Spiral Wound Tubular Heat Exchanger
(1)The precisely designed spiral-wound tube bundles enable the medium to form intense turbulence in both the tube side and the shell side. Compared with traditional straight-row tube heat exchangers, the unit area heat transfer capacity is significantly enhanced, and the heat transfer and condensation recovery rates are higher.
(2)The unique spiral-wound tube bundle is elastic, effectively alleviating the stress of tube and tube plate separation caused by temperature difference and vibration, and significantly prolonging the service life.
(3)The maximum heat exchange area per unit volume is achieved. Under the same working conditions, its volume is only one fifth of that of traditional heat exchangers. It can be directly connected to the pipeline, occupies less space, and has low installation and maintenance costs.
(4)It is not easy to scale: the liquid phase design flow rate can reach 5.5m/s, the scale deposition rate is low, and the scaling tendency is low.
(5)Multi-material options: 304&316L stainless steel, 2205 duplex steel, titanium, Hastelloy (high temperature and pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, long service life)
(6)Low operating costs, energy saving: due to high heat exchange efficiency, heating conditions can save heat energy. The cooling condition can improve the recovery rate or reduce the refrigerant consumption.
