    We provide export-standard wooden boxes to ensure products are well-protected during long-distance freight. We have extensive experience in shipping globally and can arrange the Term of Delivery , such as FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW, DDP etc. as per your requirement. Generally speaking, for standard products, the production time is approximately 15 working days after the order is confirmed and the deposit is received. The specific delivery time will be confirmed separately based on your order details.

  • What is your warranty policy?

    We offer a 12-month warranty service starting from the date of shipment. Our technical support team is always ready to answer any operational questions you may have.

  • What materials are available for the heat exchangers?

    We use a variety of materials to meet different medium requirements and corrosion resistance standards, such as 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel etc.
